About the Team
Handlebar Diner® is a 50’s Valentines Diner that the folks from DMB and Eastmark brought out from Loveland, Colorado. This project required several hundred man hours, multiple companies and government agencies to get the job done. Chef Adam Allison and his business partners were approached with this project in January of 2017. Although all are seasoned vets to the Restaurant and Catering business, this is nothing they have ever been a part of before. Allison and team love the vision of what this Diner will become and have helped create around it for the Eastmark Community.
Chef Adam has been in the Restaurant business for over 15 years. He has worked every position in the back-of-house and owned several food trucks and is still a partner in the Left Coast Burrito truck. Chef Adam has put together an incredible team to spearhead this project and is excited to be the executive chef/Owner. An Award winning chef who attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale, he was recently featured on the Food Network’s “Chopped” were he won his episode and was invited back to compete against other champions. He has also been featured on Esquire TV along with local channels such as NBC 12, ABC 15, CBS 5, FOX 10 and Channel 3. Chef Adam enjoys cooking with his Southern roots, and adding a Southwest Kick. He tends to focus on Local Farmers and distributors for his food ingredients and you will notice this throughout the Handlebar Diner’s menus.
